Over the next 5 years, a further £750m of prime central London property will receive the Northacre Touch. These include The Lancasters and The Vicarage - eagerly awaited developments that bear the hallmarks of Northacre's unique approach to exclusive residential property development.

The Lancasters is yet another classic Northacre 'Revival' scheme. Overlooking Hyde Park to the south, this involves a complete 90ft high façade retention, large imposing purpose-built lateral and duplex apartments and underground parking.

The Vicarage was acquired as a derelict nursing home in May 2003. A new residential scheme will be created with family sized lateral and duplex apartments in this ultra prime residential location.
