Northacre pioneered the use of interactive scale models to introduce prospective purchasers to the overall development concept in a more compelling, tangible way.

At Kings Chelsea, individual apartments lit up at the touch of a button, while the introduction of a hydraulically operated model at the Phillimores allowed the entire model to glide up and down. This provided a bird’s eye view of the site one moment and a window-level inspection the next.
