Two early twentieth century Grade II listed Mayfair mansions converted from offices into six extensive and magnificent residential apartments, with specific attention paid to the retention or recreation of exquisite period detailing.

The 20,000 square foot is subdivided to create six magnificent apartments and include 24 hour porterage and concierge.

An office to residential conversion, these buildings were acquired from Grosvenor Estate. Planning and listed building consent were obtained in under six weeks.

Awarded Best London Garden Square in 1999 and given a Restoration and Conservation Award by Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

The restoration and rescue of a period terrace were recognised with both a Civic Trust Award and a Restoration and Conservation Award from the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
