Where the super rich will be buying property in 2022

The Telegraph

Homes near royal palaces, or certain islands in the Met, are set to command the highest prices.

No. 1 Palace Street in Victoria sees a 2022 completion, with about 50% of residences so far sold and the remainder costing from £3.95m up to £32.7m through JLL. Its royal boast is that it sits bang opposite Buckingham Palace (the original building used to be the handy overflow accommodation for Queen Victoria’s surplus guests). Its opulent residences – including those in its about to launch Buckingham Gate building – gaze over the palace’s private gardens.
