THE SEASON OF NEW BEGINNINGS


As the warmer weather draws in, there is a feeling of anticipation and excitement throughout London. 

It’s been a busy few months here at Northacre, with The Broadway nearing completion, The Future of a Life of Well-being event and The House of Walpole well underway. 

Over 150 of The Broadway’s apartments are now complete and we are very excited to welcome its first residents by the end of the summer. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our fantastic construction partners who have ensured this project will be delivered on time and have maintained an exceptional level of quality and service throughout.

This remarkable project is set to be one of London’s most contemporary and vibrant new living quarters. What sets it apart from other developments is its mission and vision to help residents live life well.

Orchard Place, located in the centre of The Broadway, is the new Wellness Capital of London. The decision to create Orchard Place was a strategic choice based on the direct response to the changing needs and priorities of many individuals since the pandemic.

To gain a deeper understanding of how future developments will be impacted by this move towards well-being, Northacre commissioned The Future of a Life of Well-being Report. This was launched earlier this month during a panel event hosted at The Broadway show apartment, with guests enjoying a healthy breakfast and views over historic Westminster. In addition to its strong focus on well-being, The Broadway is also characterised by its distinctive and uncompromising approach to design and attention to detail. The development’s floor to ceiling windows ensure the iconic views of St. James Park, Westminster, and the London skyline serve as a stunning centrepiece for each apartment.

Finally, the passion from our partners continues to drive world-class standards. This has also ensured 75% of the apartments at our second landmark project No. 1 Palace Street are now complete. Considerable progress has been made to the amenities; the 20-metre pool, sauna and gymnasium, as well as the outdoor courtyard, are all progressing well and we couldn’t be more proud of this iconic Northacre development.
