  • Niccolò Barattieri Di San Pietro

    Chief Executive Officer, Northacre

    Niccolò has spent more than 20 years in the worlds of finance and real estate. A partner at global real estate advisor Est4te Four and former hedge fund trader, he brought his wealth of experience to Northacre in 2013.

  • Amy Houlston

    Head of Brand, Northacre

    Amy handles all PR and Marketing initiatives at Northacre. She joined in 2017 and has over seven years of luxury marketing experience, having previously worked for a leading super yacht brokerage house.

  • Carlos Salazar

    Development Manager, Northacre

    A Chartered Project Manager, Carlos has worked on award-winning developments in high profile London markets such as Covent Garden, St. James’s Square and Mayfair. Originally from Colombia, he is also a former engineer and aspiring artist.

  • Curro Pitarch

    Assistant Analyst, Northacre

    Since 2017 Curro has been working as an Architect at Northacre. His passion for real estate moved him to study a part-time Masters in Real Estate Management. Currently, he undertakes financial modelling to assess the impact of investment approaches to value.

  • Doug Walters

    Commercial Director

    Doug has 30+ years commercial experience across a wide range of major projects in refurbishment, new build, infrastructure and civil engineering. From Heathrow T2B, Hong Kong – Macau Bridge Link and Battersea Power Station. Doug oversees and manages the commercial performance of No. 1 Palace Street and The Broadway.

  • Georgina Reeves

    Brand Executive, Northacre

    Georgina graduated with a degree in History of Art from the University of Warwick. With a background in property and interior design, she is passionate about creating design-led, brand experiences. At Northacre, Georgina works with our Head of Brand to curate each project’s story.

  • Jacob Dunn

    Development Manager, Northacre

    As Development Manager at Northacre, Jacob is currently managing the redevelopment of the former Chelsea Police Station on Lucan Place. He joined in 2016 and has since delivered a grand townhouse on the historic Chester Square, Belgravia.

  • Jan Trbizan

    Design and Technical Director, Northacre

    A registered Architect with over 13 years of experience, Jan has been active in Europe, South America and UAE. A meticulous problem solver, the focus of his endeavours has been delivering residential and mixed-used schemes in super-prime London locations.

  • Kasia Maciborska-Singh

    Finance Director

    Trained in Poland and the UK, Kasia joined Northacre in 2008 and gained her ACCA Diploma in 2009. She is responsible for all Northacre Group Corporate Finance. Kasia loves numbers as much as she loves beautiful buildings which makes her a perfect match for Northacre.

  • Lydia Rodgers

    PA to the CEO and Business Support Lead

    Lydia joined the team in December 2016 to support and assist Northacre’s CEO. A dedicated Personal Assistant with the desire to support and care for people, Lydia is also completing a Psychology degree and three Psychological Diplomas in her spare time.

  • Robert Gibson

    Construction Director, Northacre

    With more than 30 years in the construction industry, Robert manages the construction of both No. 1 Palace Street and The Broadway. Having started his career as a site engineer, Robert quickly progressed into project management where he has worked with high profile contractors and developers on some of the capital’s most challenging developments, including Battersea Power Station, Vista and Kensington Palace Gardens.

  • Sam Richardson

    Assistant Management Accountant, Northacre

    Sam makes sure Northacre’s suppliers remain happy by always paying their invoices on time. A keen football fan who is currently studying for his AAT Advanced Diploma in accounting, Sam was named ‘grooviest mover’ at his school’s sixth-form awards.

  • Simon Edwardson

    Head of Sales, Northacre

    As Head of Sales, Simon oversees all sales campaigns internationally for Northacre’s landmark developments. He works closely with the architectural and development teams to ensure that the delivery of Northacre’s schemes are the perfect fit for new residents.

  • Sonja Oberleitner

    Accounts Assistant, Northacre

    Sonja holds a master of accounting and is currently studying towards her ACCA diploma. She likes to juggle with numbers – her playground is the finance department. Sonja has a keen eye for detail and combines knowledge from Austria, Australia, New Zealand and Sweden.

  • Abigail Malcolm

    Front of House and Office Coordinator

    As Front of House and Office Coordinator, Abigail supports the PA to CEO and Business Support Lead with the smooth-running and organisation of the Northacre offices. With 5 years’ experience in the luxury fashion industry she prides herself in delivering quality client service and has a keen eye for detail. She also models in her free time.
