| Welcome to the November edition of the Northacre Journal. As the weather grows colder and the evenings close in, we are looking forward to an exciting end to the year. Northacre has been delighted to welcome the first residents into their new homes at both No. 1 Palace Street, The St. Regis Residences and The Broadway. The unique residences at The Broadway sit above Orchard Place, a new neighbourhood created to encourage wellness, nourish its community and reinvigorate Westminster. We are thrilled to announce that the streetscape on Orchard Place is now open. The boulevard will be home to public art with shared spaces, entertainment and wellness experiences encouraging all who visit Orchard Place to embrace this Wellness Capital of London. We have lots of exciting plans for Orchard Place. An upcoming calendar of events will include special activities for all ages in the lead up to Christmas. As we enter the festive season, Orchard Place will start to become a vibrant destination, inviting all who visit into a healthy, inclusive community. We are also delighted to finally reveal the House of Walpole, our exclusive partnership with leading British luxury brands to create a bespoke one-off residence. House of Walpole – The Home of British Luxury Craftsmanship is located at our development at No. 1 Palace Street, The St. Regis Residences, with more details on this exciting initiative to follow.
