Westminster City Council has given the green light for a luxury development to be built next to Buckingham Palace.
Northacre, the developers behind the Observatory Gardens, the Phillimores and the Lancasters schemes, will work with their in-house design team N Studio, and architecture practice Squire and Partners to create an ultra-prime development at No 1 Palace Street.
