Northacre shows off the results of its latest design collaboration at the flagship PCL scheme.

Northacre has teamed up with another top design studio at its flagship scheme in Westminster.

The developer has worked with a number of well-known names at The Broadway, including Natalia Miyar Atelier, and architecture and design practice NAINOA; the latest show residence to be unveiled has been designed by Oliver Burns Studio.

Brought in to finish a three-bed, 1,625 sq ft unit (£5.125mn), the London-based firm has sourced a range of pieces and bespoke furnishings, mainly from local British artisans and design luminaries including “couture upholsterer” Aiveen Daly, Rupert Bevan and Tom Faulkner.

Billed as “the ultimate sanctuary”, the space has been brought to life with curved lines and “soft fluid forms”: among the highlights are a custom-made curvilinear dining table; handcrafted rippled glass chandelier by Kolektiv Ateliers; sculpted Travertine marble console; shark-nosed stone tables in Calacatta Ice marble; and walls finished in botanical-inspired suede by Daly.

The range of artworks has been assembled by Dellasposa, and includes lithographs, prints and sculpture. Bailey, Emin, Picasso and Warhol all feature, alongside pieces from a mix of up-and-coming and established names including Maggi Hambling, David Shrigley, Guy Haddon-Grant, Daniel Arsham, Tom Hammick, Nicholas Hughes and Alexander James Hamilton.
