Embracing London

I have thoroughly enjoyed all that London has had to offer over the last few months. It’s been an absolute pleasure being able to share these experiences with colleagues, friends, and family again.

With travel slowly opening up, we continue to welcome visitors to both our developments. Everyone who visits the capital is amazed by its vibrancy and abundance of activity. The property market’s resilience is a testament to London’s ongoing strength, making it one of the best cities in the world.

Our focus this month, for both The Broadway and No.1 Palace Street, is on living, and living well. We are striving to deliver not only the finest homes in London but also unique experiences to support our clients along their wellness journeys, helping them to truly embrace a life lived well. From London’s parks and green spaces, cycle routes and what will be the finest seasonal produce in our F&B offerings, we plan to create a lifestyle ecosystem of wellbeing throughout each and everything we do.

Whilst delivering one of London’s largest mixed-use residential schemes at The Broadway, plans are also underway to create a new city culture and contemporary wellness destination in the heart of the city. The restoration of No.1 Palace Street is one of London’s finest examples of exquisite architecture and its views over Buckingham Palace continue to inspire us. With changes to planning and a headwind of challenges in the construction industry, I suspect that this will be one of London’s last Super Prime legacy projects.
