After an uncertain few years, there is again an air of optimism among the people of London. At Northacre, we are embracing this feeling of positive change as we celebrate June’s milestone projects and share our exciting plans for the future.
This month, we revealed our unique collaboration with world-renowned hotel brand, St. Regis. No. 1 Palace Street. The St. Regis Residences is an iconic heritage restoration development promising a luxury living experience like no other. As one of London’s most coveted addresses, adjacent to Her Majesty’s official London residence, Buckingham Palace, the 300,000 sq ft island site features 72 luxurious apartments, blending world-class facilities with impeccable service. With its rich history, flawless design and unmatched services from St. Regis, a selection of apartments from one to five bedrooms and penthouses are still available for purchase.
In addition, we are thrilled to be able to share an update on the interior design over at The Broadway, which will soon be welcoming residents. US based interior design and architecture studio, Nainoa, have been selected as the interior design studio for the communal areas. Final concepts and designs are underway and we look forward to sharing progress on site soon.
Tucked between the six striking towers of The Broadway, Orchard Place is set to open in time for the Christmas period. The new Wellness Capital of London, Orchard Place is a contemporary lifestyle destination imagined to encourage wellness, nourish its community and reinvigorate Westminster. In the coming months, we will share more about the retail offering of this vibrant lifestyle ecosystem designed to nurture body, mind and soul.
This month also sees Northacre unveil its global expansion and plans for growth, underpinned by our core purpose: to enable healthier and longer lives. Our vision is to become a Global Leader in Sustainable Real Estate and Wellbeing. To achieve this, we will fund, create and manage a diverse portfolio of global projects focused on sustainability and enhancing health and wellbeing where people live, work, learn and play.
Combining Investment Management, Development Management and Asset Management, we will create robust investments that deliver profitable and sustainable real estate and wellbeing-focused projects in the UK and MENA region across three verticals.
