Since moving to the UK from France, Lionel Prenat has spent over 20 years in the hospitality industry and has quickly risen through the ranks. Starting out as a Front Desk Receptionist, Lionel’s impeccable level of service meant he progressed to Reception Manager and then later a Director of Sales.

With experience in prestigious hotel establishments such as The Royal Horseguards Hotel and The Grosvenor Hotel and with his outstanding leadership skills, there is no doubt that Lionel and his team will deliver an exceptional level of service to the residents of No.1 Palace Street.

As General Manager of No.1 Palace Street, Lionel aims to create a culture that prioritises positivity and happiness, as he believes this environment will ensure first-class service is always carried out by his team.

From the 20-metre swimming pool and spa, private entertainment space, library and personal training studios, Lionel and his team will be responsible for maintaining all of No.1 Palace Street’s luxurious amenities to the highest of standards.
