On behalf of everyone at Northacre, I’d like to begin by wishing a belated Happy New Year and Happy Lunar New Year to all our clients, residents and readers. Welcome to our Northacre February Journal.


Early in 2024, The Broadway’s timeless style continues to win admirers. We are delighted to report we have seen a notable uptick in activity on the residential side of the project in the past few weeks. We are also seeing good demand for the remaining commercial office space.


Orchard Place looks set to remain one of the places to be in London this year. There has been a real buzz about the community hub of late, with numerous events and activities taking place.
In January, Nostos Coffee opened their doors, offering specialty coffee served by friendly and knowledgeable baristas. Read on to find out what sets Nostos apart from the caffeinated crowd.
In recent weeks, we have hosted the final pop-up yoga flow class as part of our partnership with Psycle in Eccleston Yards. The classes have proved a great success, attracting everyone from beginners to experienced practitioners.


More recently, we were once again involved in one of the biggest events in fashion, welcoming London Fashion Week shows to Orchard Place.
