The Broadway in Fashion

The stunning spaces, design credentials and central location of The Broadway continue to make it a popular location for shoots and shows by fashion designers and high-end brands.

The three-bedroom Oliver Burns Studio residence, which offers a home of sanctuary and cocooning comfort, recently hosted a Valentine’s Day shoot for jewellery brand Tasaki. The brand, which offers modern, refined pearl and diamond jewellery, found The Broadway to be the perfect space for their latest influencer campaign.

The Broadway’s commercial space has also proved appealing to top designers, serving as a destination for London Fashion Week AW24. Mark Fast, the world-renowned luxury knitwear designer, and FROLOV, the couture-to-wear brand combining flawlessness and comfort, both held memorable shows at West Commercial Floor 1 in recent days. This is the second time The Broadway has hosted some of the fashion industry’s finest, after multiple successful shows last September.

From the desert enchantment of Mark Fast’s ‘Dawn to Dusk’ show in the autumn to his extra-terrestrial ‘Galaxy Beyond’ AW24 presentation last week, and from the urban jungle and hiking trails in 8on8’s ‘Peak Time Forest’ to Kyiv-based designer Ian Frolov’s second London Fashion Week appearance on Monday, we have celebrated the incredible diversity of fashion.

Our commercial floors have thus become a canvas for artistic expression, all against the stunning backdrop of Westminster. We are delighted to collaborate with brands once again as London Fashion Week marks its 40th year, and we look forward to opening The Broadway’s doors to more creativity and style in 2024.
